Public website
The page loads its styling, preview and images from this server. It does not embed analytics, advertising or video trackers. The preview uses no camera or microphone. Technical hosting logs may contain the IP address, access time and requested URL.
Language & links
The website language is selected through the URL. The public site sets no language cookie. Booking and other external links open third-party websites with their own privacy notices.
Admin sign-in
The private area uses a technically necessary session cookie. Successful logins are logged with username, time, IP address and user agent and reported to the configured administrator by email. An IP-related counter helps protect against repeated failed attempts.
Notifications
The new login-mail history is kept in protected server storage for up to 30 days, limited to 50 events. Cleanup occurs on the next use of the login-notification functions. Unsent messages may be retried within 24 hours. The mailbox and separate hosting logs have their own retention rules.
External IP lookup
The IP address in the login email can be opened at iplocation.io. It is transmitted to that external service only when the link is clicked. No automatic location lookup takes place.
